This week the children took part in the London TCS Mini Marathon, covering two miles throughout the week. The children were invited to run, jog or walk around a two-mile course within our beautiful school setting. On Friday, they completed the challenge, with the whole school supporting and cheering each other on as they finished the distance.
Fantastic effort from our Y5/6 team at the Biddestone tennis tournament Yesterday! 🎾
The kids played brilliantly throughout the day, showing great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. Out of 7 matches played, they secured an impressive 5 wins and finished 2nd overall in the tournament.
We’re incredibly proud of how they represented the school both on and off the court. Well done to everyone involved! 👏
A huge thank you to Nick Cozens for carving a beautiful wooden owl for the children of Colerne Primary. The craftsmanship, time, and care that went into this wonderful gift mean so much to our school community. The owl has already captured the children’s imaginations and will be enjoyed for many years to come. We’re incredibly grateful for your generosity and creativity 🦉

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing PTA for making Santa’s visit today possible! Your time, effort, and generosity brought so much joy, excitement, and holiday magic to our children. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and festive cheer was truly unforgettable even despite the unfortunate British winter weather.
We are incredibly grateful for all that you do to support our school community—this special event is a wonderful reminder of the spirit of togetherness and giving. Thank you for helping create memories that will be cherished for years to come!
This week's Wake Up Wednesday is perfectly timed with the run up to Christmas; Scalping.
Scalpers purchase stock in seconds by using bots to make their purchases. They then resell these items at hugely inflated prices.
Please take time to read this article on how to protect your children within this area.
Thank you so much to the New members of the Colerne Church of England Primary School PTA.
