  • Bell Rock Class Assembly

    Fri 10 Feb 2023

Bell Rock Class performed to a packed house today.

Bell Rock loved sharing their learning and experiences of Mental Health Week. As part of their assembly, they retold The Colour Monster story by Anna Llenas and related this to their own feelings and how they manage and experience these. They talked about different coping mechanisms and also showed the school photos of activities that took place in other classes.

Well done Bell Rock, you did us proud.

  • Voices For Life

    Thu 09 Feb 2023

Yet again the weather didn't let us down when all our children came together on the front playground to perform the song they had been learning with Voices For Life, through the day via class workshops. Voices for Life is a local charity whose aim is to inspire children to be happy and confident through singing and we were so grateful for them coming in to help us celebrate Mental Health Week in this wonderful way.

Thanks to every one who cam e along to listen to the children. Your support as always was wonderful

  • Own Clothes Day - £300 raised!!

    Wed 01 Feb 2023

On the 1st February we had a pyjama/own clothes day in order to raise money for our chosen charity of #teamtrees & #teamseas. Everyone brought in £1, or more. Every pound donated either plants a tree or cleans waste from the ocean. We raised £300! That means our school has planted an extra 300 trees in our world.

Thank you to all who gave so generously, please look out later for our cake sale later in the year!
