Behaviour at Colerne Church of England Primary School
Exceptionally good behaviour is the expected norm at Colerne Church of England Primary School, nothing less is acceptable. A consistent policy operates within the school, so that the children are clear about, and understand the expectations we have of them. The vision in our school is that children should be Guiding Lights who offer support to those who might be finding life difficult. This is in every area of learning and play. Children should be Leading Lights who provide good role models for younger children, and this is exemplified through our Buddy System with Year 6 children pairing up with Foundation Stage children. Welcoming Lights for children that are new to our school and might be feeling a little wobbly.
Bullying will not be tolerated in school and is dealt with seriously and as soon as possible.
