We are proud to be a Thrive school at Colerne CE Primary School.
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and development is at the heart of all we do.
As a Thrive school, we assess whole classes 3 times a year in order to see if there are any key areas in emotional development that we need to support. This is then woven into our curriculum and used in discrete and indiscrete sessions in both whole class and group sessions.
In addition to whole class profiling, there are times when children will need their own profile assessment. This creates an individual action plan and the child will work with an adult during dedicated time to develop these areas.
If you have any questions about Thrive or the profiling process, please speak to your child's class teacher or Eleanor Lockhart (SENDCo).
