History Museum
HISTORY MUSEUM The History Detectives opened the doors to their HD Museum and invited the school to see the many different collections of artefacts they have collated. The History Detectives are a group of keen historians who meet weekly after school. It was their idea to open a museum and it has proven really popular with the children. The whole school visited over the past two Wednesdays, and the detectives’ parents were also given a viewing. There were exhibits on the Egyptians, WW2, bones and fossils, the history of cameras and Ethan put on his own exhibit of family history telling the story of his great?grandfather's experiences down the mines in South Wales. The team worked really hard on setting it up and also were great at talking to all the children about the different artefacts and sharing their knowledge
